New construction of a 9,600 SF Building on a 4 acre site. This is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (Manufactured by CBC Steel Buildings) with a stucco exterior. The facility includes a 7,800 SF Shop area and a 1,800 SF office. This project included full site improvements as well as street improvements. This was a collaborative project where we provided engineering services for structural systems, and coordinated with the owner and the design team to ensure a high  quality product under a tight timeline.
